Yes. Property turnovers are a core part of what we do, alongside punch lists and individual repairs, for both homeowners and property managers.
Warranty & after the job
It covers our workmanship for one year. If our work fails within that year, we come back and make it right. The warranty is provided in writing on every job.
Yes — every job carries our 1-year workmanship warranty in writing. It is not a verbal promise; you get it documented.
The warranty year begins once the job is complete and you have signed off on the finished work.
